Commitment to staff 

EPMA values its staff highly. The Agency fosters a supportive working environment, focuses on dialogue with staff, communication of objectives and operational principles, and involving staff in key decision-making. Continuous staff training and development is ensured. 

Commitment to the community 

EPMA is socially active and committed to contributing to the progress of society. Staff members are active in community action. Voluntary blood donation campaigns are organized annually. The Agency's traditional Christmas donation campaign supports social organizations. In order to foster a responsible and active young generation, the Agency cooperates with Junior Achievement Lithuania to implement programs promoting youth initiative. 

Commitment to the environment 

EPMA's field of activity obliges to organize it's activities in such a way as to minimize the negative impact on the environment. EPMA strives to minimize the environmental footprint by implementing energy-efficient processes, reducing waste, and conserving natural resources. A great emphasis is placed on green procurement. Agency is actively working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the projects implemented and executed.
