Corruption prevention
For corruption prevention (excluding the areas of coordination of public and private interests and lobbying) at the Environmental Project Management Agency, the responsible authority is the Corruption Prevention and Internal Investigations Division of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania.
In order to ensure that the funds allocated to support the environmental sector are used in a targeted and efficient manner, and to prevent the emergence and spread of corruption in the implementation of environmental projects, the Agency implements the following measures to prevent corruption:
- Anti-corruption action plans of EPMA;
- Anti-corruption assessment of draft legislation;
- Periodically carry out an assessment of the likelihood of corruption.
